A Fete Worse than Death 2011
For the 3rd year running Soundart hosted A Fete Worse than Death: worse than ever!
Listeners and members joined us at the studio from midday on Sunday 30th October, for mulled wine and juices, vege hotdogs and home made cake. There was lantern making, a few silly games and Ghost Story Karaoke: participants came and told a story over an improvised musical background from Sam Richards and friends. With live storytellers and singing together throughout the afternoon. And after the event, everybody took their lantern home to listen to an evening of Halloween themed programmes, including a Day of the Dead show from Rambunctious Social Club and stories from Ilsa Frankenstein.
All were welcome: entrance was only 22 1/2p, down from the previous year's 23p.
